In the event of a last minute reschedule/cancellation (Permanent Makeup: less than 72 hour notice given) and (Other Services: less than 48 hour notice given), if the client is late to the scheduled appointment by 15 minutes or more, or if the client is late to the scheduled appointment by 15 minutes or more, or if the client does not show, there will be a late/cancellation fee applied of 50% of the service cost. In the event of 2 consecutive no shows, 2 appointments where the client is late by 15+ minutes or last minute cancellations, Brows by Gia reserve the right to no longer schedule any future appointments. This policy is firm. There will be no exceptions. Please arrive to your appointment on or before the scheduled time.
